高校管理育人中日常生活的介入方式研究

On the Way of Daily Life Management in University Education

日常生活管理在高校管理育人中有着重要的作用,但在以往的实践中却处于边缘性地位。高校日常生活管理育人的内在构成要素包括管理主体、管理内容及管理客体三个方面。围绕着这三个方面,从寝室、食堂、图书馆、社团和网络等五个高校日常生活领域,提出了提高高校日常生活管理育人效果的介入路径。

Daily life is the foundation of social life and plays an important role in the management of university education. But in practice,it is in a marginal position. This paper extracts the internal components of daily life management and educating from three aspects of subject,content and object,analyzes the material carrier factors affecting the effective operation of daily life management in university education,and puts the way of daily life management in university education.
