摘要
分析大学生村官的职业自我效能对职业倦怠的影响作用,通过对159名大学生村官施测职业自我效能感量表和职业倦怠量表,探索二者之间的关联性。实证研究表明:大学生村官职业自我效能感的六个维度与职业倦怠的三个维度之间存在负相关关系。最后,基于实证研究结果提出提升大学生职业自我效能感、缓解职业倦怠的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the effect of college graduate village officials' self efficacy to their job burnout. Through testing 159 village officials by career self efficacy scale and job burnout scale,the relationship between the two variables were found out. The empirical research results indicate that: there is a negative relationship between the 6 dimensions of career self efficacy and the 3 dimensions of job burnout. In the end,some tactics were proposed to promote village official career self efficacy and to remit the job burnout.
