摘要
人工智能在制药领域的应用,可以提高药物研发的成功率,高效优化药物生产工艺。在群体药物动力学的研究中,人工智能可以从海量的临床大数据中抽提出更多对患者有用的信息;在药物技术审评中,可以大幅提高审评环节的效率。在制药领域中有效地利用神经网络技术,必将为开创药物创新与研发、生产、临床应用的新时代。本文结合既往在人工神经网络与药学相结合的领域的研究经验,选取数个重点研究方向加以分析,供业界人士研讨分享。
The Neural network technology is an important branch of Artificial Intelligence,It can be used in the pharmaceutical area such as improving the efficiency of drug discovery,optimizing the manufacture procedure of medicines,abstracting useful information from clinical big data,and improving the speed and accuracy in the review of new drugs and generic drugs. The application of Artificial Intelligence will accelerate the speed and efficiency of drug discovery and evaluation. And the author think it is an important chance for the pharmaceutical industry of China to upgrade its research ability and methodology.
