中药及天然产物中酶抑制剂筛选的研究现状

Progress of screening of enzyme inhibitors in traditional Chinese medicines and natural medicines

中药及天然药物是开发新药的重要资源库,基于生物体内药物作用靶标快速筛选活性成分可能是新药开发的有效途径。目前已知的药物作用靶标中生物酶约占一半,因此酶抑制剂的筛选仍然是新药来源的重要途径。基于体内生物酶,并联合现代分析检测技术从中药或天然产物中筛选酶抑制剂已经取得了重大进展。本文主要对不同生物酶与分析技术联合检测技术在中药或天然产物中酶抑制剂筛选的应用情况进行综述。

Traditional Chinese medicines and natural medicines are important resources in the development of new drugs. Rapid screening of active components based on drug targets in vivo may be an effective approach for rapid development of new drugs. At present,about half of the known target enzymes are biological enzymes,therefore,screening of enzyme inhibitors remains an important source of development of new drugs. Nowadays,rapid progress has been made in the screening of enzyme inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicines or natural products based on the combination of biological enzymes with modern analysis and detection techniques. This article mainly reviewed the application of combination of different enzymes and analytical techniques in the screening of enzyme inhibitors in traditional Chinese medicines or natural products.
