摘要
如何评估和优化城市空间品质是当前我国城市发展中的重要议题。运用城市空间品质评估方法,从意向性、围合度、人尺度、透明性、丰富性、环境影响等维度分要素指标,对上海市宝山区的城市空间品质进行了定量评估。基于评估结果与对标案例,得到了各个维度的提升方向,提出了相应要素指标的城市设计导则和城市空间品质的优化路径。
How to evaluate and improve spatial quality is one of the key issues in urban development in China. This essay analyzes the methodology of urban spatial quality evaluation and then adopts a specific method to evaluate the selected case of Baoshan District, Shanghai City. The quantitative method evaluates factors from different dimensions including imageability, enclosure, human scale, transparency, complexity and environ- ment influence. Based on the subdivision of urban landscape areas of Baoshan District, this essay selects spatial samples for each landscape area and evaluates its spatial quality. On account of the evaluation and benchmarking cases, the improvement directions of each dimension are identified and therefore urban design guidelines are proposed for each factor. In the end, it bring forward approaches and methods to improve urban spatial quality.
