面漆缩孔是涂装过程中的常见弊病,产生缩孔的原因有很多,而且多种原因可能同时存在。介绍了轻卡涂装线出现的一次批量性缩孔问题,通过一系列试验验证,确定了导致缩孔问题的2个少见的原因,分别为压缩空气气管老化和打磨设备润滑油问题,并制定了对策,从管理和流程上避免了类似问题发生。

The shrinkage of top coat is a common defect in coating process. Many reasons for shrinkage, and a variety of reasons may exist at the same time. In this paper, a shrinkage problem in light truck coating line was introduced. Through a series of tests and verifications, two rare causes of shrinkage problems were identified. They were compressed air trachea aging and grinding lubricant. Countermeasures were developed from management and process to avoid similar problems.
