摘要
目前带锈涂料中转锈剂的研究绝大多数仍以传统转锈剂为主,开发新型、高效、环保型的转锈剂成为研究热点。本文结合国内外相关文献综述了近年来转锈剂的研究现状,分类阐述了磷酸、单宁酸、没食子酸及没食子酸酯和肟类化合物作为转锈剂在水性带锈防腐涂料中的作用机理和研究现状。分析总结了不同类别转锈剂在应用中存在的问题,并结合当前社会发展背景展望了转锈剂及带锈转锈涂料的发展方向。
At present, most of the researches on rust-converting coatings are still based on traditional rust converters, and the development of novel, efficient and environment-friendly rust converters has become a hot topic. In this article, the current research status of the rust converters has been summarized. Meanwhile, the mechanism and research status of the phosphoric acid, tannic acid, gallic acid and gallic acid ester and oxime compounds were described. Finally, the problems existing in the application of different rust converters and the development of rust converter are predicted.
