石泉矿3~#煤层开采相似材料配比实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了开展矿压显现规律的研究,以石泉矿3~#煤层的开采为模型建立相似材料模拟实验进行模拟研究,为了准确得到结果,在进行实验之前对相似材料的配比进行了分析,以沙子为骨料,石膏粉为胶结剂,水、碳酸钙为辅料建立了相应的大采高相似模拟材料配比方案,从强度、密度、质量等方面对试块做出分析。结果表明,所配材料强度与干燥时间为线性关系,模拟材料质量与密度与骨料胶结物含量有关,实验结果符合本次实验要求。 In order to carry out the research of the regularity of the mining pressure, the simulation experiment of the similar material was established by the mining of No.3 coal seam in Shiquan mine, in order to obtain the results accurately, the proportion of the similar materials was analyzed before the experiment, and the sand was used as aggregate, gypsum powder as binder calcium carbonate as an adjunct to establish a corresponding large-scale similar analog material matching scheme, from the intensity, density, quality and other aspects of the test block to make analysis. The results show that the strength of the materials is linear with the drying time, and the quality of the simulated materials is related to the content of aggregate cementation, and the experimental results meet the requirements of this experiment.
