摘要
针对不能及时了解煤矿巷道顶板岩性,存在支护参数单一、支护不合理的问题,以段王矿为工程背景,建立有限元随钻探测模型,通过井下试验得到结论:顶板岩石强度越高,钻进速度越慢,反之则钻进速度越快;钻进速度发生大波动时,钻机通过构造区域或岩层分界面。以钻进速度为指标,可了解顶板不同岩石强度和分层厚度,指导巷道支护参数优化。
Aiming at the problems that the lithology of the roof of coal mine roadway can not be known in time, the support parameters are single and unreasonable, the finite element model of measurement while drilling is established with Duanwang coal mine as the engineering background, and the conclusions are obtained through the underground test: the higher the roof rock strength, the slower the drilling speed, on the contrary, the faster the drilling speed; When the drilling speed fluctuates greatly, the lithology of the drilling rig changes through the structural area or rock interface. With the drilling speed as the index, the different rock strength and layered thickness of roof can be measured, and the optimization of roadway support parameters can be guided.
