摘要
针对谢桥矿1351(3)工作面煤层存在的瓦斯抽采困难问题,提出并试验了底抽巷水力压裂增透技术。试验结果表明:单元抽采纯量平均提高1倍,缩短预抽达标时间2~3个月;水力压裂后钻孔抽采半径扩大,由原来的5 m增加至11 m;煤体透气性系数与增透之前相比增加了4.94倍。通过对底抽巷进行水力压裂增透技术的应用,提高了煤层的透气性,达到了瓦斯增透的目的。
To solve gas drainage problem in 1351 (3)working face in Xieqiao mine, permeability enhancing technique by hydrofracture is put forward and experimentally investigated. The results show that the pure drainage quantity in per unit doubles and standard pre-drainage time shortens by 2 to 3 months. Besides, the radius of drilling hole enlarges after hydrofracture, which increases from 5 m to 11 m.Hence, the gas permeability coefficient increases by 4.94 times compared to the one before permeability enhancing by hydrofraeture. To conclude, the gas permeability of seam improves by application of permeability enhancing technique by hydrofracture in bottom drainage tunnel.
