摘要 搭建Zig Bee网络实现矿井通风与设备运行状态的远程监控与管理。以MC13224单片机为核心开发易于扩展和操作的监控节点,利用分散的Zig Bee从站采样通风设备运行电压和电流、矿井瓦斯和温湿度等参数,通过预设采样频率和阈值,远程监视井下参数变化。应用表明,主、从系统抗干扰能力强,能准确反映通风系统运行状态。 ZigBee has been built to achieve remote monitoring and management of ventilator running status. Monitoring node has used MC13224 as core for developing easily expand and operate system. Through decentralized ZigBee nodes sampling ventilator running voltage and current, mine gas, temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters, remote monitoring parameter changes with preseted sampling frequency and parameter threshold, which easily to warning or maintenance ventilator control system. Application shows that main and slave monitoring system has anti- interference ability, and accurately reflected ventilator running state.
