摘要
结合采煤机使用工况介绍了采煤机与原煤接触区磨损失效主要形式,并分别从材料、表面技术、结构优化3个方面,介绍了采煤机摩擦磨损耐磨设计技术发展现状,指出当前耐磨技术中存在的主要问题以及未来发展趋势。
The wear failure of shear were introduced based on its working environments. The system property of shear wear and main influence factors were given. Three major factors of improved wear - resisting, including material, surface geometry form and structure optimization were summarized. The present situation of shear wear -resisting technology were expounded, some key scientific problems of shear wear-resisting and its future research were discussed.
