摘要 利用改进粒子群遗传算法对ZWY-80-37L矿用扒渣机的工作机构优化设计,根据工作机构的结构特点和工作原理,以挖掘力做功最小为目标函数,对铰接点和关键部位进行编号并对该机构的铰点位置、杆件角度进行参数化描述;根据所选算法通过MATLAB编程对工作结构数学模型进行优化分析计算,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对优化前后工作机构虚拟样机正确性进行验证分析。 ZWY-80-37L mine grilled slag machine work mechanism has been optimization design by improved particle swarm using genetic algorithm, according to the structure characteristics and working principle of work mechanism, the minimum mining forces work as the objective function and the articulated point and the key parts are numbered and hinged on the agency point location, angle bar parameterize description; according to the selected algorithm by MATLAB programming to optimize work structure mathematical model analysis and calculation, and by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software working organs to verify accuracy of virtual prototype analysis before and after optimization.
