介绍了一种新型中厚煤层采煤机用调高阀组,其采用组合阀体的结构,加工方便,损坏后更换维修方便,并设有过渡板组件,使2个手动换向阀完全相同,互换性好。此外,阀组内高低压油路分开,使系统的压力相对稳定,同时降低了系统的最大工作压力和发热量。

A new type of height-adjustment valve for the medium-thickness coal seam shearer is introduced. The valve adopts the structure of combined valve body, which is easy to process and convenient to replace after damage. The valve has a transition plate, so that the two manual reversing valves are identical, and the interehangeability is good. In addition, the high and low pressure circuit is separated, so that the system pressure is relatively stable, and reduces the maximum working pressure and calorific in the same time.
