摘要
针对目前我国矿井所采用的机械式深度指示器在体积、指示精度和行程开关实时性方面的不足,而数字式深度显示器累积误差大、显示精度低等问题,提出了利用多圈绝对式光电编码器精确的位置记忆,并以具有高速信号处理能力的TMS320芯片为核心处理单元的一种数字式深度指示器的设计与研究。
In view of the present our country generally used by mine mechanical depth indicator in the volume,precision and real-time deficiency,and the digital depth indicator accumlated error is big, showed that the low accuracy problem.By using more ring absolute photoelectric encoder is put precise location memory,and with TMS320 capable of high-speed signal processing chip as the core processing unit of a digital design and research of depth indicator.
