摘要 我国煤炭产业在近几年迅速发展,同时伴随着市场规模的逐渐扩大。由于我国人口基数较大,资源较为有限,因此需要采用较为先进的管理理论进行管理,同时保证我国煤炭资源利用的最大化。全寿命周期价值管理理论,其基本思想是在保证相关使用方面利益的同时,尽可能地缩小全寿命周期成本,使所应用的工程项目达到利益的最大化。利用全寿命周期价值管理理论,对煤炭矿井工程管理进行研究,保证利益的最大化,同时推进我国煤炭管理方面的应用。 China's coal industry has developed rapidly in recent years, accompanied by the gradual expansion of the market size. Due to the large population base and limited resources in China, it is necessary to adopt more advanced management theories to manage and ensure the maximization of coal resources utilization in China. The life-cycle value management theory, the basic idea is to ensure the relevant use of the benefits, while reducing the life cycle cost as much as possible, so that the application of the project to maximize the benefits. Uses the theory of life-cycle value management to study the management of coal mine engineering, ensure the maximization of benefits, and promote the application of coal management in China.
