摘要 指出现有的基于曲线逼近分析的刀位计算精度控制原理存在的不足 ,提出基于曲面离散基本单元 ( MODM)模型的 NC刀位计算原理 ;给出了利用 MODM模型生成等参数线刀轨、截面线刀轨以及特殊形式刀轨的方法 ;对有关方法分别进行了程序实现并给出计算实例。程序实现的结果表明 ,基于 MODM的刀轨生成方法在计算效率、精度控制可靠性、刀轨生成能力等方面有独特的优点。 Through an exceptional example, the problem of the currently used theory for bounding the NC path generating error is presented. To deal with the problem, the principle of NC path generating error control with MODM is discussed. Methods of generating various styles of NC tool paths with MODM are developed, including those conventional path topologies (such as Cartesian path, iso-parametric path) as well as the specially designed ones.
