Rapid Manufacturing Method for Water Saving Emitter Mold

实现内镶式节水滴管模具的快速制造 ,针对滴管上复杂的迷宫流道的结构特点及分布 ,应用快速成形制造技术制作滴管原型 ,进行滴管实验和定型 ;应用快速模具技术制备滴管快速喷涂模具 ,进行产品试制 ;以精密模具制造技术为核心 ,以滴管 CAD设计参数驱动 ,一次性成功进行滴管注射模具的设计与快速制造。

In order to realize the rapid manufacture of a water saving embedded emitter mold, aiming at the structure characteristics and layout of a complex labyrinth runner on emitter, rapid prototyping and manufacturing (RP&M) is utilized to build emitter prototype for experiment and finalization of emitter. Then RT technology is used to fabricate emitter and rapid spray tooling for trial-produce of the emitter.Taking the manufacturing of precision mould as the core,emitter CAD parameter as the driving design and rapid manufacture of emitter injection mold are completed at the first time successfully.
