一种新型高效车窗清洗液的研制

摘要 本文介绍了一种将油酸与氢氧化钾混合,并与十二烷基肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱等进行配合而开发的新型高效车窗清洗液。该清洗液具有超强快干能力和超净清洗能力,对涂膜、金属零部件、塑料、橡胶等不产生腐蚀影响,且适用于低至零下30℃的环境。通过系统检验,该产品的性能指标完全符合国标GB/T 23436-2009的要求。 In this paper, a novel and high efficient cleaning fluid for automotive windshield has been developed, which was prepared by mixing oleic acid with potassium hydroxide, coordinated with sarcosyl and cocamidopropyl hetaine. This new cleaning fluid exhibits super-fast drying and super-cleaning abilities, no corrosive effect on coating, metallic components, plastics and rubber, and could still work under low temperature even to -30℃. All the performance index have been evaluated systematically and conformed to the requirements of GB/T 23436-2009.
