没食子酸甲酯类似物的设计、合成及体外抗炎活性研究

摘要 过度炎症反应严重危害人类身体健康,目前的抗炎药物大多存在多种副作用,寻找新的抗炎药物是治疗炎症反应的一种有效途径。本文以没食子酸甲酯为先导化合物,合成了一系列没食子酸甲酯结构类似物,所有化合物均经过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱和分析进行结构确认,并初步进行了体外抑制脂多糖(LPS)诱导的炎症因子释放的抗炎活性测试。 Excessive inflammation can lead to severely harm human health, Most of the current anti-inflammatory drugs have a lot of side effects, and discovery of new lead compound of anti-inflammation is an effective way to control the disease. In this paper, we chose methyl gallate as the lead compound, synthesized a series of methyl gallate derivatives. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS, and the inhibition of LPS induced cytokines releases was preliminary studied in vitro.
