摘要
全氟辛酸是一种广泛应用于纺织行业的含氟表面活性剂,但其对环境有持久污染。纺织品中全氟辛酸的检测是提高纺织品质量和保护环境及人类健康的迫切要求。针对纺织品中全氟辛酸的特点,引入超声波萃取技术,提高全氟辛酸的萃取效率;再通过与苄胺衍生反应,生成具有紫外可见吸收的衍生化产物,并讨论了全氟辛酸与苄胺配比、催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间等因素对该反应的影响。提出优化工艺为:苄胺/全氟辛酸配比为2.0∶1、催化剂的用量为0.04 g、反应温度为140℃、反应时间9 h,全氟辛酸的收率89.4%。
The perfluorooctanoic as a kind of perfluorosurfactant is widely used in textile, but make the lasting pollution in environment. It is urgent requirement for detection of perfluorooctanoic acid in textiles to protect the environment and human health by improving the quality of textiles. The effect of factors, such as the ratio of benzylamine versus PFOA, catalyst amount, reaction temperature, reaction time, were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained through experiments. When controlling the reaction temperature 140℃ and reacting for 9 h with n(benzylamine) : n(PFOA)=2.0:1 and 0.04g catalyst, the yield can reach 89.4 %.
