摘要
以L-脯氨酸作催化剂,利用超声波辐射技术在无溶剂条件下催化水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯,发生Knoevenagel缩合反应合成香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯。通过单因素实验对反应条件进行了探讨,结果表明:L-脯氨酸用量为0.2 g、水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯摩尔配比1︰1.2、65℃时超声波辐射反应时间40 mins,产率达75.6%。
The synthsis research of coumarin-3-ethyl formate by using L-proline as catalyst, dalicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate under ultrasonic wave radiation was studied. The influence factors of the reaction were examined by single factor analysis and orthogonal design in this paper.The best conditions showed as follows: L-proline was 0.2 g, the ratio of dalicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate was 1: 1.2, reaction time was 40mins at 65℃, the yield was 75.6 %.
