摘要 研究基于脱硫灰和石灰石组成的混合脱硫剂应用于烟气湿法脱硫,开辟脱硫灰处理及资源化利用新途径。研究结果表明,混合脱硫剂中脱硫灰掺杂的比例低于30%,混合脱硫剂的脱硫效率较高;当SO_2浓度高于1200 ppm时,脱硫灰含量越高反而脱硫效率相对越好。 The application of desulfurizedfly ash-limestone mixture absorbent to wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) was studied, and a new way to dispose and resource utilize desulfurized fly ash was developed. Research results indicated that, when the ratio of desulfurized fly ash in mixture absorbent was lower than 30 %, the desulfurization efficiency of mixture absorbent was higher. However, when the SO2 concentration in the flue gas was higher than 1200 ppm, desulfurization efficiency increased as the ratio of desulfurizedfly ash in mixture absorbent increased.
