摘要
对右旋雷贝拉唑钠的合成工艺进行摸索、优化,以2-氯甲基-3-甲基-4-(3-甲氧基丙氧基)吡啶盐酸盐和2-巯基苯并咪唑为起始原料,经亲核取代、不对称氧化、成盐、重结晶,得成品。工艺稳定可控,产品纯度高,适于工业化放大。
The synthetic process of dexrabeprazole sodium was explored and optimized. Dexrabeprazole sodium was synthesized from 2-Chloromethyl-3-methyl-4-(3-methoxypropoxy) pyridine hydrochloride and 2-Mercaptobenzimidazole. This process includes nucleophilic substitution reactions, asymmetric oxidation reactions, salt formation reactions, and recrystallization. The improved process is stable and controllable, with high product purity and suitable for industrialization.
