摘要 本文将流化床技术用于钢铁行业废水处理过程中产生的浓盐水除硬工序,通过实验测试表明:采用两相自结晶流化床形式较为适宜,反应器除硬效果良好,可生成0.5~1 mm的大颗粒碳酸钙结晶体。同时,对碳酸钙结晶体进行了成份分析,其碳酸钙成份高,有害元素少,可用于钢铁行业烧结工序,实现碳酸钙结晶体的资源化。 In this paper, fluidized bed technology is used to remove the hard brine produced in the wastewater treatment process of iron and steel industry. Through experimental tests, it is shown that the use of two-phase self-crystallizing fluidized bed is more appropriate, and the reactor has a good removal effect and can be generated. 0.5-1 mm large particles of calcium carbonate crystals. At the same time, the composition analysis of calcium carbonate crystals has high calcium carbonate content and fewer harmful elements, which can be used in the sintering process of the steel industry to realize the recycling of calcium carbonate crystals.
