基于专利视角的现代农业发展现状分析

Development Status of Modern Agriculture Based on Patent Perspective

现代农业是在传统农业的基础上发展起来，产泛应用现代科技、现代工、业提供的生产要素和科学经营管理方法进行社会化生产的农业形态。本文通过对全球及我国现代农业相关专利的审请趋势、地域分稳、重点申请人等方面进行分析，并对我国发展该领域的技术发展提出建议。

Modem agriculture, developed from traditional agriculture, is an agricultural form which widely uses productive elements and scientific management methods provided by modem S ＆ T and modem industry to carry out socialization of production. In this paper, the development status of modern agriculture based on patent perspective was analyzed from aspects including the applications, local distribution and principal applicants, and recommendations were also made based on the patent analysis.
