我国应急救援装备管理现状与对策

Current Situation, Basis and Optimization of Emergency Rescue Equipment in China

应急救援装备是构成救援队伍战斗力的基本要素之一,装备的科学管理是应急救援队伍完成应急救援任务的基础。针对我国应急救援装备管理现状,分析存在的不足,提出加强装备管理的五项措施,即完善装备标准体系,科学配备装备,加强装备的专业化、规范化和常态化维护保养,利用物联网等先进的技术手段开展数字化、智能化、动态化装备管理,健全培养、训练机制。研究可为宏观指导应急救援装备的配备和管理提供参考。

Emergency rescue equipment is one of the basic elements that constitute the combat effectiveness of the rescue team. In view of the current situation of emergency rescue equipment management in China, the existing deficiencies were analyzed. Five measures to strengthen equipment management were proposed： improve the equipment standard system, scientifically allocate, strengthen equipment specialization, standardization, and normalization maintenance, develop digital, intelligent and dynamic equipment management with advanced technology such as the Internet of Things and improve training and training mechanisms. The research can provide guidance for the allocation and management of China＇s emergency rescue equipment.
