基于PLC的碱回收炉控制系统的研究

摘要 减温减压器作为碱回收炉的一个重要组成部分,它的主要作用是控制蒸汽的温度,使其满足汽轮机及碱回收炉过热器对蒸汽品质要求。如果温度过低首先会造成汽轮机的气耗率会上升;如果温度过高会造成汽轮机各种膨胀出现变化,引起振动增大,缸体变形等问题。因此,如何保证蒸汽温度在合格的工艺范围之内,确保碱回收炉及汽轮机的设备的安全运行是化工企业必须解决的问题。 As an important part of the alkali recovery furnace, the main function of the reducing temperature and pressure reducer is to control the temperature of the steam and meet the requirements of the steam quality of the superheater of the steam turbine and the alkali recovery furnace. If the temperature is too low, the gas consumption rate of the steam turbine will rise. If the temperature is too high, the various expansion of the steam turbine will change, the vibration increases, the cylinder body deformation and so on. Therefore, how to ensure the steam temperature in the qualified process range and ensure the sate operation of the alkali recovery furnace and the equipment of the steam turbine is a problem that the chemical industry must solve.
