摘要
目的:探讨多站式考核在妇产科临床实践教学中的应用价值。方法:培养、使用标准化病人,并建立"五站式"临床技能考核体系,对2013、2014级各120名临床本科实习生进行妇产科实践技能考核。结果:2个年级分站考核得分趋势相同,其中病史采集站得分最高,辅助检查数据判读站得分最低。考核后满意度调查,96%学生认为提高了临床技能综合能力。结论:临床技能多站式考核适用于妇产科综合技能的培养,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application value of muhi station assessment in the assessment of clinical practice skills in obstetrics and gynecology, Methods: to cultivate and use standardized patients, and to establish a "five-station" clinical skills assessment system, to evaluate the clinical practice skills of 120 clinical undergraduates in 2013 and 2014. Results: the scores of the two grades were the same, with the highest score of the medical history collecting station, and the lowest score of the auxiliary test data interpretation station. After the examination, the students' satisfaction survey was conducted. 96 percent of students believed that the comprehensive ability of their clinical skills was improved. Conclusion: the multi-station assessment of clinical skills is applicable to the training of obstetrics and gynecology.
