上巳菜合剂治疗肾性血尿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shepherdspure Herb Mixture in Treating Renal Hematuria

目的采用上巳菜合剂治疗肾性血尿患者,观察其临床疗效。方法选择160例符合课题要求的肾性血尿患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,疗程12周,观察组使用上巳菜合剂,对照组使用肾炎康复片。观察治疗前后中医证候、尿沉渣红细胞定量、24小时尿蛋白定量的变化。结果观察组治疗后能显著改善患者中医证候,明显减少尿沉渣红细胞定量,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组的总有效率亦明显优于对照组(P<0.01),2组均未见明显不良反应。结论上巳菜合剂治疗肾性血尿安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shepherdspure herb minture in treatment of the renal hematuria. Methods160 patients who diagnosed as renal hematuria and conform to the subject were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Shepherdspure herb mixture,and the control group was treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets. After two months course of treatment,the changes TCM syndrome,urinary sediment RBC quantitatively,urinary protein quantity in 24 hours was observed. Results After treatment,the observation group can obviously improve the TCM syndrome of the patients,reduce urinary sediment RBC quantitatively.The comparison with the control group was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate of the observation group was also significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. No adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Shepherdspure herb mixture in the treatment of renal hematuria is safe and effective.
