黄芩汤合苍耳子散为主治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqin Decoction Combined with Fructus Xanthii Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

目的分析黄芩汤合苍耳子散为主治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年12月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者104例进行分组研究,按照单双号法分为对照组和治疗组,各组均为52例,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组予以黄芩汤合苍耳子散加减治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效、安全性和复发情况。结果对2组治疗总有效率比较,治疗组高于对照组,组间差异存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);对2组不良反应发生率、复发率比较,治疗组均低于对照组,组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芩汤合苍耳子散为主治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果确切,安全性高,可显著降低复发率,具有积极的临床借鉴和推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqin decoction and Fructus Xanthii powder in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted from February 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the single and double number method. Each group had 52 cases. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group applied Huangqin decoction combined and Fructus Xanthii powder. The curative effect,safety and relapse between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the control group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Huangqin decoction and Fructus Xanthii powder in the treatment of chronic sinusitis has definite effect and high safety,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,and has positive clinical reference and promotion value.
