桃仁四物汤配方颗粒与传统汤剂的临床疗效比较

Comparison on the Clinical Effect of Dispensing Granules and Traditional Decoction of Taoren Siwu Decoction

目的比较观察桃仁四物汤配方颗粒与传统汤剂治疗闭合性桡骨远端骨折早期气滞血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法将120例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为传统汤剂试验组(40例)、配方颗粒试验组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组在手法复位夹板外固定常规治疗基础上给予注射用七叶皂苷钠治疗,传统汤剂组与配方颗粒组分别在对照组基础上加用桃仁四物汤传统汤剂与配方颗粒剂治疗,疗程均为7天。观察比较3组患者治疗前后的中医证候疗效、疼痛、压痛评分及肿胀度。结果治疗后,在中医证候疗效方面,传统汤剂组有效率为92.5%,配方颗粒组为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,两两比较,配方颗粒组和传统汤剂组在中医证候疗效改善方面均优于对照组;在疼痛、压痛评分及肿胀度方面,3组均有改善,配方颗粒组与传统汤剂组均优于对照组。而配方颗粒组与传统汤剂组比较,治疗前后各项指标差异无统计学意义。结论桃仁四物汤配方颗粒与传统汤剂对闭合性桡骨远端骨折早期肿痛的临床疗效相似,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effect of dispensing granules and traditional decoction of Taoren Siwu decoction on the early stage of closed distal radius fracture with qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type. Method 120 patients conformed to inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group of traditional decoction,experimental group of dispensing granules and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group received manual reduction with splintage and sodium Aescinate for injection. The experimental groups were given the traditional decoction and dispensing granules of Taoren Siwu decoction respectively,for a total of 1 week. The integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,pain,tenderness and swelling degree were observed and compared before and after the treatment for three groups. Result After treatment,the total effective rate for TCM syndrome was 92. 5 % and 95. 0 % in traditional decoction and dispensing granules group,which was better than77. 5 % in control group. Pain,tenderness and swelling degree were decreased in three groups,and the two experimental groups had no significant difference,but were both superior to the control group. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of dispensing granules and traditional decoction of Taoren Siwu decoction on early swelling pain of the closed distal radius fracture was quite,so that dispensing granules of Taoren Siwu decoction can be used in clinical application.
