运用玄府理论中西医结合防治新生血管性青光眼的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuan-fu Theory Combined with Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Neovascular Glaucoma

目的评价运用玄府理论中西医结合防治新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分入对照组和治疗组,对照组使用西医的治疗方法,治疗组在使用西医治疗的基础上加用在玄府理论指导下的中药治疗,比较2组在青光眼发病率、治疗病程、眼压、眼部胀痛症状方面的差异。结果治疗组发病率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组病程短于对照组(P<0.05);在控制眼压及改善眼部症状方面,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用玄府理论中西医结合防治新生血管性青光眼在减少青光眼发生,控制眼压、缩短高眼压持续时间,改善眼部症状方面优势明显。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Xuan-fu theory combined with western medicine in preventing and treating neovascular glaucoma. Methods The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the Xuan-fu theory. The differences between the two groups in the incidence of glaucoma,the duration of treatment,intraocular pressure（ IOP） and ocular symptoms were compared. Results The incidence of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The course of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group was better than the control group in controlling IOP and improving the ocular symptoms（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combining with traditional Chinese and western medicine under the guidance of the Xuan-fu theory to prevent and treat neovascular glaucoma can reduce the occurrence of glaucoma,control IOP,shorten the duration of high IOP,and improve the ocular symptoms.
