血府逐瘀汤治疗舌痹的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Tongue Paralysis

舌痹多因痰浊、气滞、气虚、血虚、湿热而致病,主要表现为舌体麻木不仁、不知五味、活动不利、言语蹇涩等不适症状,根本病机为气血痹阻、脉络瘀滞,病理产物为瘀血。血府逐瘀汤有活血化瘀、行气止痛之效,同时兼顾养血之功,具有理气而不耗气,活血而不伤血的特点。现主要从舌痹的根本病机气血痹阻考虑,论述血府逐瘀汤治疗舌痹的临床体会。

Tongue paralysis is more due to phlegm turbidity,and qi stagnation,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,damp heat disease,mainly for the tongue body numbness,do not fell flavors,adverse activities,sluggish speech and other symptoms,the fundamental pathogenesis is stagnation of qi blood,vein stasis,blood stasis is the pathological products. Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has the effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and promoting qi and relieving pain,while taking into consideration the action of nourishing blood,which has the characteristics of regulating qi without consuming qi,promoting blood circulation without hurting blood. In this paper,the basic pathogenesis of tongue paralysis,qi and blood stasis resistance were considered,and the clinical experience of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of tongue paralysis was discussed.
