中医护理在功能失调性子宫出血中的作用分析

Analysis on the Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Dysfunctional Uterine Hemorrhage

目的探讨对功能失调性子宫出血患者给予中医护理干预的临床效果。方法抽取我院2014年4月—2017年4月收治的204例功能失调性子宫出血患者进行对照研究,按照所采取的护理措施不同将其分为中医组和对照组,每组102例。中医组采取中医护理指导,对照组给予常规护理指导,对比2组的护理有效率以及复发率。结果中医组的护理有效率(96例,84.12%)显著高于对照组(78例,76.47%),中医组的复发率(8例,7.84%)显著低于对照组(26例,25.49%),P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结论对功能失调性子宫出血患者采取中医护理指导的方法,不仅能够满足患者的护理需求,同时,还能够降低患者的复发几率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention in patients with dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage. Methods204 patients with dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage from April 2014 to April 2017 were selected for comparative study. According to the nursing measures,they were divided into TCM group and control group,with 102 cases in each group. The TCM group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing guidance,and the control group was given routine nursing instruction. Results The effective rate of nursing in the TCM group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 96 cases,84. 12% vs. 78 cases,76. 47%）. The recurrence rate of the TCM group（ 8 cases,7. 84%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 26 cases,25. 49%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The TCM nursing guidance can not only meet the nursing needs of the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,but also meet the nursing needs of the patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It can also reduce the risk of recurrence in patients.
