摘要
提升食品安全监管效能需要发展和遵循食品安全监管科学,食品安全监管科学强调风险管理理念。当前情况下,科技创新支撑构建食品安全全过程的风险监测、预警、管治和共享技术体系,为食品安全综合治理提供了解决方案。本文论述了食品安全监管对科技创新的需求,科技创新的重点内容,当前创新技术手在食品安全监管科学中的应用。未来,科技创新手段的应用需从当前的局部试点试用,向全国统一、系统配置推进,对监管科学发挥更重要支撑作用。
Improving the effectiveness of food safety regulation requires the development and compliance of food safety regulatory science, the food safety regulation science emphasizes the concept of risk management. Under the current situation, scientific and technological innovation supports the construction of monitoring, early warning, management and sharing technology system for the whole process of food safety, which provides a solution for the comprehensive management of food safety. This paper discussed the demand for scientific and technological innovation in food safety supervision, the key content of scientific and technological innovation, and the application of current innovative technology in food safety supervision science. In the future, the application of scientific and technological innovation tools needs to be promoted from the current partial pilot trials to the national unified and system configuration, and to play a more important supporting role for regulatory science.
