自拟百合枣仁助眠汤治疗失眠临床研究

Clinical Study on Baihe Zaoren Zhumian Decoction in Treating Insomnia from the Heart and the Liver

目的陈金鹏主任是首批河北省优秀中医临床人才,河北省邯郸市中医传承带徒指导老师,从事中医临床工作35年,在中医各科都积累了丰富的经验,对失眠的理论研究、临床论治具有独到见解。观察以陈金鹏主任"从心肝论治失眠"理论为基础,自拟百合枣仁助眠汤治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法将136例失眠症患者随机分为2组,治疗组68例采用中药处方百合枣仁助眠汤治疗,对照组68例采用地西泮片治疗,均治疗3周后观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈50例,显效14例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率98.53%;治疗组临床治愈14例,显效21例,有效17,无效16例,总有效率76.47%;2组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论从心肝论治失眠理论对临床具有明确的指导作用,自拟百合枣仁助眠汤治疗失眠临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective Chen Jinpeng is one of the first outstanding clinical talents of TCM of Hebei province and TCM inheritance instructor of Handan City. He has been engaged in medical clinical work of TCM for 35 years,accumulated rich experience in various disciplines of TCM. He has a unique perspective in theoretical research and clinical treatment of insomnia. To observe the clinical curative effect of Baihe Zaoren Zhumian decoction in treating insomnia based on Chen Jinpeng＇s theories of treatment from the heart and the liver. Methods 136 insomnia patients were randomly divided into two groups. 68 patients in the treatment group were treated by the Baihe Zaoren Zhumian decoction,and 68 patients in the control group were treated by the diazepam tablets. After three weeks of treatment,the curative effect was observed. Results In the treatment group,50 cases were cured,14 cases had a significant effect,3 cases were effective,one case was invalid,and the total effective rate was 98. 53%. In the control group,14 cases were cured,21 cases had a significant effect,17 cases were effective,16 there were invalid,and the total effective rate was 76. 47%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different than the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The Baihe Zaoren Zhumian decoction in treating insomnia from the heart and the liver has significant clinical effect,and it is worthy of further promotion.
