生化汤加减配合针刺对药物流产的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Shenghua Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Medical Abortion

目的观察生化汤加减配合针刺对药物流产的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的2016年1月—2017年6月来我院妇产科就诊要求药物流产的早孕妇女168例随机分为治疗组、生化汤组,空白组;以上3组分别在最后一天服药后给予生化汤加减并针刺治疗,生化汤加减口服,不做其他治疗。结果治疗组在受孕物排出时间、完全流产率、出血时间、出血量方面优于其他2组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。在以上观察指标中空白组较其他2组疗效较差(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论生化汤加减配合针刺治疗可加快受孕物排出,提高完全流产率,缩短出血时间,减少出血量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Shenghua decoction combined with acupuncture on medical abortion.Methods 168 patients who were early pregnancy and had asked medical abortion were randomly divided into treatment group,Shenghua decoction group and blank group. After taking misoprostol on the third day,patients of the 3 groups were given Shenghua decoction and acupuncture,only Shenghua decoction and nothing respectively. Results The time of abortion,the rate of complete abortion,bleeding time and bleeding amount in the treatment group was much better than that of the other 2 groups,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. All these indexes in the blank group were poor than those of the other 2 groups,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Shenghua decoction combined with acupuncture can quicken abortion,improve the rate of complete abortion,shorten bleeding time and lessen bleeding amount,and is worthy of clinical application.
