加味扎里奴思膏治疗慢性难愈性伤口的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Zhalinusi Plaster in the Treatment of Chronic Refractory Wound

目的观察加味扎里奴思膏治疗慢性难愈性伤口的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性难愈性伤口患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组给予常规方法换药,治疗组给予加味扎里奴思膏治疗。治疗后观察并比较2组显效时间、愈合时间、换药次数、换药情况、临床疗效、患者疼痛感、肝肾功及不良反应。结果治疗组显效时间、愈合时间均明显缩短,换药次数明显减少,愈显率为82.5%,总有效率为95.0%,有统计学意义(P<0.05),均优于对照组;换药过程中治疗组患者异味、敷料黏贴创面、出血情况明显减少,有统计学意义(P<0.05),优于对照组;疗程中治疗组患者的疼痛感亦较对照组轻,2组治疗前后肝肾功均无明显差异,亦未出现明显不良反应。结论加味扎里奴思膏治疗慢性难愈性伤口疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of modified Zhalinusi plaster in the treatment of chronic refractory wound. Methods 80 patients with chronic refractory wound were randomly divided into observation group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）. The control group was given dressing treatment of routine method,and the observation group was treated by the method of Zhalinusi plaster. After treatment,the effective time,healing time,frequency of dressing change,the case of dressing change,the clinical effect,pain of patients,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment,the effective and healing time in the observation group were much lower than those of the control group,the frequency of dressing change in the observation group were much fewer than those of the control group,the cure-remarkable rate and effective rate in the observation group was 82. 5% and 95. 0%,which was obviously higher than that of control group respectively,and there were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The case of peculiar smell,dressings paste and bleeding in the observation group were much fewer than those of control group,there were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The pain of patients was much slighter in the observation group. Liver and kidney function in two groups had no significance difference. There were not obvious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion The modified Zhalinusi plaster in the treatment of chronic refractory wound has good therapeutic efficacy.
