半夏厚朴汤加减治疗慢性咽喉炎患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction on Patients with Chronic Pharyngolaryngitis

目的探析慢性咽喉炎患者应用半夏厚朴汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法将我院2016年1月—2017年12月期间治疗的90例慢性咽喉炎患者选为观察对象,依照随机数字表法分为2组,即对照组(45例)、试验组(45例)。对照组患者应用蓝芩口服液治疗,试验组患者应用半夏厚朴汤加减治疗,对2组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及生活质量进行统计比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,数据为95.56%、80.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,数据为6.67%、22.22%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分明显升高,相较于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组明显高于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论慢性咽喉炎患者应用半夏厚朴汤加减治疗的临床效果十分显著,且不良反应更少,具有安全、可靠的特点,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngolaryngitis. Methods Ninety patients with chronic pharyngolaryngitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as observation subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with the control group of 45 cases and experimental group of 45 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with Lancun oral liquid. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Banxia Houpu decoction. The clinical curative effect,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared statistically. Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 95. 56%,80. 00%,P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the data was 6. 67% and22. 22%,and there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Compaing before treatment,the two groups of patients had significantly higher body function,mental function,social function and physical activity after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and there is statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical application of Banxia Houpu decoction in treating patients with chronic pharyngolaryngitis is very significant and has fewer side effects. It is safe,reliable and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
