补肾益气活血化痰方治疗老年全身麻醉后认知障碍研究

Study on the Effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Recipe on Senile Cognitive Disorder after General Anesthesia

目的探究补肾益气活血化痰方治疗老年全身麻醉后认知障碍研究的临床效果。方法将我院在2014年9月—2016年9月采用全身麻醉后实施手术的74例老年患者分成对照组(37例)与观察组(37例),并分别给予西药治疗、西药+补肾益气活血化痰方治疗。比较2组患者MMSE评分、苏醒时间、拔管时间。结果 2组患者术后MMSE评分比较无统计学意义,P>0.05,术后15 d观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,且比较差异显著P<0.05。观察组苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论应给予老年全身麻醉后认知障碍患者采用西药+补肾益气活血化痰方的方式实施治疗,继而改善患者认知功能,加快患者康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan recipe in the treatment of senile cognitive disorders after general anesthesia. Methods 74 cases of senile patients undergoing general anesthesia from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital were treated with general anesthesia. Patients were divided into control group and observation group,and were treated with Western medicine and Western medicine combined with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan recipe respectively. The MMSE score,recovery time and extubation time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 15 days after operation,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The recovery time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with cognitive disorders after general anesthesia should be treated with western medicine to tonify the kidney and invigorate qi and activate blood circulation to remove phlegm,and then improve the cognitive function of the patients,and speed up the patient＇s recovery.
