平衡针疗法改善神经根型颈椎病急性期疼痛症状临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Balanced Acupuncture Therapy on the Improvement of Acute Pain Symptoms of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的对神经根型颈椎病的急性期疼痛症状采用平衡针进行治疗的治疗效果分析。方法以盲法抽选的方式将我院2014年8月—2016年8月的患者92例作为本次的分析对象,随机分组为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组采用平衡针联合穴位针灸治疗,对照组采用传统针联合穴位针灸治疗。对2组患者的临床疗效进行观察分析。结果治疗组的临床疼痛症状改善情况明显好于对照组,采用Melzack疼痛量表(MPQ)进行评分,治疗组第二、第三治疗阶段的PRI的情绪分、感觉分、总分及PPI评分、VAS评分均优于对照组,其急性疼痛期改善情况明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用平衡针对神经根型颈椎病的急性期疼痛症状的患者进行治疗,其疼痛改善情况明显,具有良好的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of balanced acupuncture on acute pain symptoms of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type. Method Ninety-two patients from August 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected by blind method. Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with balanced acupuncture combined with acupuncture at acupoints. Thecontrol group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and analyzed. Results The improvement of clinical pain symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in thecontrol group. Melzack pain scale（ MPQ） in the second and third stages of treatment,the scores of mood,sensation,total and PPI of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the improvement of the acute pain stage was obvious,and there was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Balanced acupuncture on acute pain symptoms of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type can obviously improve pain,and has good clinical value.
