Three Dimensions of China Law Construction

推进依法治国、建设法治中国,是一个庞大的系统工程,需要从法治国家、法治政府、法治社会三个面着手,三位一体,系统推进。在时间维度上,法治中国建设呈现出循序渐进的历时性走向;在空间维度上,建设法治国家是目标,建设法治政府是关键,建设法治社会是基础;在路径维度上,必须对法治政府、法治社会齐抓共建,同时提高领导干部法治思维和依法办事的能力,加强党的自身建设。

Promoting the rule of law and the construction of the rule of law in China is a huge system engineering, which needs to set off under the rule of law, rule of law government, rule of law society. Among them,the construction country under the rule of law is the goal, the government of the rule of law is the key and the rule of law society is the foundation. As long as we stick to the rule of law and the scale of the bottom line, the rule of law in China will be able to realize the ideal blueprint.
