摘要
我国的大学与中小学合作研究正方兴未艾,但在实践层面未能达到理论预期,缺少长期有效、高质量的实践成果。美国教师专业发展学校的经验从实践层面论证了第三方力量参与大学与中小学合作的必要性。鉴于我国实际情况,教研员的边界工作者角色和桥梁作用比较适合作为第三方力量参与大学与中小学合作。教研员在大学与中小学合作中,承担的角色主要是作为大学与中小学的桥梁、中小学教师培训的课程设计者和师资、以及师范生的实践导师等。
Although the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools is developing rapidly in our country, it has not been able to meet the theoretical expectations in practice, and it lacks long-term effective and high-quality practical results. The experience of the American Teacher Professional Development School proves the necessity of the third party force participating in the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools from the practical level. In view of the actual situation in our country, the role and bridge of the boundary workers of the teachers and researchers are more suitable for participating in the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools as a third party force. In the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools, the role of teachers and researchers is mainly to serve as a bridge between universities and primary and secondary schools, a designer of primary and secondary teacher training courses, a teacher training teacher for primary and secondary schools, and a practical instructor for normal students.
