摘要 本文是在全球经济放缓乃至停滞成为新常态下,结合国家互联网+行动计划,分析了互联网+与O2O的关系,并据此提出了在互联网+战略下传统企业向O2O转型的基本思路及四条IT-业务战略匹配转型路径的具体操作,希望对正致力于O2O转型的传统企业有所帮助。 After elaborating the Internet Plus action, the paper analyzes the relationship between Internet+ and O2 O(online to offline) mode in the context of the new normal that the global economy growth slows down or stagnates. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forth the elementary idea for traditional enterprises to transform into O2 O mode by adopting Internet Plus strategy, and the specific operations of four transformation approaches that the enterprises can choose in integrating IT technologies with their businesses. It is hoped to be helpful to the traditional enterprises' O2 O transformation.
