摘要
根据敏捷制造环境下可制造性评价和合作伙伴选择的内在联系 ,提出了一种面向敏捷制造的可制造性评价和合作伙伴并行选择方法。该方法将可制造性评价和合作伙伴选择集成起来 ,使产品开发组根据合作伙伴的制造能力来评价设计的可制造性 ,并由产品开发组来选择最佳合作伙伴 ,优化设计的同时也改善了与合作伙伴之间的合作关系。
This paper describes a general approach for performing manufacturability evaluation and partner concurrent selection. The approach is based on evaluating the manufacturability of proposed design with respect to the capabilities of candidate partners and allowing the product development team to select those partners that best fit for the manufacturing requirements of the design. Integrating manufacturability evaluation and partners selection provides vital design feedback at a point when modifications are carried out to improve the fit between the design and the partners, so that the partners selected are less costly and less disruptive.
