摘要 当今全球气候变暖,环境矛盾突出,政府加强环境管理力度,市场需求更加倾向于环保产品,国际贸易绿色壁垒加剧,企业需要承担更大的社会责任。作为制造大国,我国正处于"三期叠加"的重要阶段,低碳环保、绿色经营、构建可持续发展的环保战略已经成为企业提升可持续竞争力的关键途径。文章首先针对我国经济新常态背景做出分析,探讨企业环境管理面临的问题与挑战,分析企业环境战略类型及其差异,提出了在新常态背景下制定环境战略的几点建议,并对企业环境战略管理策略做出展望。 Today's global warming and environmental contradictions are prominent. The government strengthens environmental management. Market demand is more inclined to environmental protection products. Green trade barriers in international trade have intensified and companies need to take greater social responsibility. As a manufacturing powerhouse, China is at an important stage of "three phases of superposition". Low-carbon environmental protection, green operations, and building a sustainable development environmental protection strategy have become key ways for companies to improve their sustainable competitiveness. The article first analyzes the background of China's new economy and discusses the problems and challenges faced by the company's environmental management. It analyzes the types of environmental strategies and their differences, puts forward some suggestions for the formulation of environmental strategies in the context of the new normal and in the end it makes a vision for the corporate environment and strategic management tactics.
