旅游经济与新型城镇化耦合协调关系研究——以兰州市为例

Study of Coupling Coordination between Tourism Economy and the New Urbanization: Taking Lanzhou City as an Example

文章通过分析旅游经济和新型城镇化的耦合发展机理,借鉴已有的耦合理论研究,构建了旅游经济与新型城镇化评价指标体系和系统耦合协调度模型,采用熵值法确定其权重,以兰州市为例,对旅游经济与新型城镇化的综合发展水平和耦合协调关系进行测评。研究结果表明：兰州市旅游经济和新型城镇化综合发展水平整体呈上升态势,二者的发展存在高度相关的耦合关系,并且协调水平和耦合协调度不断提升;但是新型城镇化的发展水平整体上要高于旅游经济,受旅游经济发展滞后的影响,旅游经济和新型城镇化耦合协调度的增长速率逐渐趋缓,整体处于低水平协调,仍未完全建立起融合协调发展的促进关系。因此,政府要加大对旅游资源的开发和对旅游经济的扶持,推动旅游经济和新型城镇化耦合协调发展。

By analyzing coupling development mechanism of tourism economy and new urbanization, drawing on the existing coupling theory, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the tourism economy and new urbanization and the coupling coordination degree model and determines the weights by the entropy method. Taking Lanzhou City as an example, tourism economy and new urbanization comprehensive development the level and coordination degree is evaluated. The results show that Lanzhou City tourism economy and new urbanization comprehensive development level of the overall is taking on an upward trend, the coupling relationship of the two systems development is highly related, and both coordination level and the coupling coordination degree are increasing. But the overall level of development of new urbanization is higher than the tourism economy. There is the difference in the timing of development. The coupling coordination of tourism economy and new urban growth rate gradually slowed down, which is influenced by the development of tourism economy lag, at a low level of overall coordination. The relationship of promoting the coordinated fusion development has not yet been fully established. Therefore, the government should develop tourism resources and support the development of tourism economy, and promote the coordinated development of the tourism economy and the new urbanization.
