摘要 互联网与教育的深度融合给高等教育带来了广泛而深刻的变革,变革的教育教学实践对高校教师的职业能力有了新的要求。在"互联网+教育"背景下,教师的职业能力面临角色转变、现代信息技术使用能力、信息资源鉴别和运用能力、教育教学创新能力的挑战。一方面高校教育管理应该积极作为,为教师的职业能力发展提供条件和保障,另一方面教师也应注重自我职业能力的完善和发展。 The deep integration of internet and education brings extensive and profound changes for college education. The reform of educational and teaching practice has new requirements for the professional ability of college teachers. At the background of "Internet Plus Education", college teachers face new opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the educational management of universities should have Positive action, providing conditions and guarantees for the development of teachers' professional ability. On the other hand, teachers should also pay attention to the improvement and development of self-professional ability.
