摘要
新师徒制是对传统师徒制的完善与发展。它以教师专业发展理论、学习共同体理论、缄默知识理论为支撑,联合三方组成教、学、研的共同体,通过在教育、教研方面的平等交流、相互借鉴,促进了多方的提升,即为高校师范毕业生弥补了入职教育的不足,加速了徒弟的专业成长,提升了师傅的教研能力,促进了学校的发展。
Supported by the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of learning community as well as the theory of tacit knowledge, the new teacher-apprenticeship system aims to improve and develop the traditional one. As a teaching, learning and researching community combined with multi-aspects and through equal communication in education and teaching research and learning from each other, the new teacher-apprenticeship system helps a lot in many aspects: making up for the deficiency of the entry education for graduates from normal colleges, speeding up the professional growth of apprentices, enhancing teachers' reflection as well as teaching and researching ability, promoting schools' development.
